with great sound 🎹…and have millionaires pay for it.

🍾Luxury living rooms just got a whole lot nicer.

Seriously – take note:
Samsung has raised the bar on what entertainment systems should be like at homes of today and tomorrow. It is called The Wall and will be married to Steinway Lyngdorf systems for picture perfect sound.

Read up on the interview here.

And stay tuned for more news soon…beautiful example of co-marketing btw.

Partner up 🤝

Me looking “peaky blinder”-silly next to partner and friend Lars Omme, Steinway Lyngdorf

You are an entrepreneur or work at a small business and determined to make an impact💥. That requires doing things you – and maybe nobody – has ever done before. R-I-S-K. Good. Expose yourself.

But you do not want to be the lone rider, the kid on the playground without friends,… You can survive alone,  but you cannot grow 🚀 or be truly successful all on your own.

Partner up 🤝. Determine who you are, why you do what you do and find like-minded people. Don´t take anyone. Be picky but partner up.

You will have to work on the partnership. But when you do it will be worth it for all involved. Also your customers.

PS: and if it does not work out – be straight and fold. No drama.

Design thinking: solution vs problem

May 30, 2018 by Wim GE De Vos Leave a Comment

Laura presenting what she has learned, developped and is suggesting for ICE cinema. Design thinking in practice yesterday at Genesis Technologies.

Design thinking is a solution-oriented way of thinking. (as opposed to problem-oriented thinking).

It is often used in architecture and product design. But ever more it is finding its way into business thinking.

It makes us question ❓everything, even the assumptions and not take anything for granted. Design thinking also teaches us to “prototype” and not fall in love with our first idea. But above all it makes us search 👀 for “what could be”. Instead of building on past or existing structures.

In my view this is key 🗝 to become and remain relevant in 21st century business.

In case you are interested in how Design Thinking can apply to your business take a few minutes and read through this blog post (see blog from lightsaber Strategyzer).

Always good to keep things simple. We go where our client is, not the other way around.

Genesis Home Technology Architects simplifies home technology in homes of 1.000.000€ and up. And those homes are to be found where millionaires live.

You could either call this data-driven strategy implementation, or common sense. Same thing.

Do you know who your client is and where he is to be found?
