    Karma implies everything is interconnected ⛓. Touch a little thing and it ripples  through the universe 🎇, it affects everything.

    Take Karma into account as a small business trying to have a BIG impact💥.

    Do the best you can but do not take it too seriously.  🤡
    You are not at your best when you are simply working⚒. Nor when you are just playing🎮.
    You are at your best when you do both at the same time…and that my friend is plorking ⚒+🎮.
    Say it out loud 📣: “I am at my best when I am plorking”.
    Imagine the smile on your face, the creativity and productivity.
    It is infectious and obvious. It is how you create a BIG impact 💥.

  • Build bridges 🌉

    As a small business looking to make an impact 💥 you want to build bridges🌉.

    And I mean build bridges like…all the time. This is related to the importance of partnering up I talked about a while back.

    Don´t worry too much about where they lead to. Nobody says you have to cross them…

    Bridges give you options♦️♠️♥️♣️. Bridges allow for 2-way traffic.

    The building itself is a process that enriches you.

    When you build, you learn. When you build together, you learn exponentially more.

    If you wonder if aside from business there is a political angle to my statement. Rest assured, there absolutely is😎.

  • Are your goals 🎯 finite ⏐ or infinite ∞?

    Careful when setting your goals 🎯.

    It will determine not only if you achieve them but also what happens when you do…

    Finite goals ⎸

    have a map or plan 🗺 and you can measure ⓵⓶⓷ progress. But they often lead you into depression 👎🏼 right after… The abyss. What now?

    Infinite goals ∞

    require a compass ⦬ and you can only feel ☺️ progress. They never end ∞ and lead to fulfillment 🙌🏽 every step along the way. 🛣

    A question that creates sleepless nights for some, injects a dose of self-doubt for others and triggers a firm YES for a few.

    When discussing this with my friend, “crazy” Tony Decavele from award-winning 🏆 company Zumi* last week we listed the possible answers for you.

    • Ready? For those who wait, everything is always too late.
    • Ready? We were born ready.
    • Ready? I am ready when you are.
    • Ready? If we wait until we are ready we will wait for the rest of our lives.
    • Ready? Are you not ready or are you scared? There is a difference.
    • Ready? Don´t wait until you are ready to take action. Rather take action to be ready.
    • Ready? If you are not ready today, you will be less so tomorrow.

    Pick an answer, you are bound to be right…
