Culture eats strategy for breakfast…
Here are 2 definitions of the kind of culture that creates momentum for any business.
The first one is that “culture is what happens when the boss leaves the room“. The second definition is “the way we get things done around here“.
It is all about the People. The attitude of those working for the company. The most important thing about culture is that it’s the only sustainable point of difference for any organisation.
Anyone can copy your strategy, but nobody can copy your culture.
But people need to know where they are going and how they are going to contribute to that success. If there’s no vision and no sense of direction, then you have no chance of getting aligned on a culture. It is the vision holds it all together.
Culture = What you Do + Who you Want to Be.
For us culture is our super-power 💪🏻…

definitions of wealth… 🚁 or 💰
Whatever your definition of wealth is, you are right.
Your definition of wealth is yours alone 👉🏼 and will (probably) result in important life choices in your path towards being wealthy.
For some wealth means having more/lots of money 💰.
In this case your best options are (non exhaustive list):
- become an investment banker
- measure how much you get paid per minute spent working. Then ruthlessly maximize payment per minute and minutes worked.
- marry money
- study the science and language of money (from ROI to bitcoin over to taxation and retirement plans)
- … maximize €, $, … whatever you do.
For others it is having more options 🚁.
In this case I would say (non exhaustive list):
- it means being grateful for what you already have 🙏🏻.
And by reading this it is fair to say you are already wealthy because you have access to the internet while reading this, are not out there looking for food, have a roof over your head, can choose to watch TV or spend time with our family,… - it means working towards having even more options in your life 🚁🚁🚁.
Personal freedom 🚁. To able to do What you want and believe is right, When you want, Where you want – while making the world a better place.
